- Served means a location is currently served at ≥100/20 or is will be through another enforceable commitment
- Underserved locations meet speeds below 100/20 and above 25/3
- Unserved locations meet speeds below 25/3
- Locations and classifications were also trued up to Fabric version 4
Notifications of Challenge Process:
- Challenges will be posted here and updated weekly once the portal opens.
- This posting will serve as notification for any ISP that has not provided contact information.
- Final determinations will be posted here at the end of the process.
- Once final decisions are posted, a 60-day cooling off period will begin
- All NBO decisions are final pending NTIA approval

If you were notified as the named provider in a challenge and the challenge is marked "determined", it likely was rejected for insufficient evidence and a rebuttal is not required.
